Champagne Ployez - Jaquemart Extra-Quality Brut

Extra-Quality Brut is a blend of 1er and Grand Crus vines with a majority of Pinot Noir and Meunier from Mailly and Ludes. As well as Chardonnays from Bisseuil, Cuis, Ludes, Puisieulx, Taissy, Grauve or Vertus. The black grapes bring great richness, complexity and roundness to the Champagne. Only the pure cuvée (first pressing) is used for the preparation of this wine and, thanks to the low sugar dosage, all the aromas are fully expressed. You can enjoy it after the wine has matured for at least 4 years in the cellars of the Domaine.
