Grapes
This rosé is made from Grenache (50%), Cabernet (20%), Mourvèdre (10%), Syrah (10%) and Grenache gris (10%).

The Vinification
The red grapes are pressed directly to obtain a light pink juice and fermented at low temperature to preserve all the aromas.

Tasting notes
The colour is mauve and crystal clear. The nose is dominated by intense aromas of wild strawberry and red currant. Beautiful unfolding in the mouth, fresh and spicy.

In combination with food
Seafood, fresh goat cheese, fish and grilled meat.
