Grapes
This red wine has made the estate's reputation and is made up of 60% Syrah and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon. These two grape varieties are picked at very high ripeness.

Wine
The harvest is done manually. The grapes are sorted on the plots and again in the cellar. This is followed by a minimum of 15 months of maturation in French barrels and a year of maturation in bottles. This allows the wine to develop before it is sold.

Taste experience
The colour is dark ruby ​​red with black highlights. This wine is intense and deserves to be aired first, so that you can reveal the notes of mocha, black fruit and dried figs.
