It brings balance to the new generation of white wines and is balanced on freshness and liveliness.

Grape varieties
This vintage consists of Sauvignon Blanc (50%) and Vermentino (30%). Chenin, Viognier, Muscat Petits Grains and Roussanne (20%) complete the blend.

Winemaking
Direct pressing and cold fermentation. Aging takes place partly in barrels and partly in stainless steel vats.

Taste experience
The colour is light with green highlights. The nose is expressive, fresh and exotic (pineapple and lime), the palate is lively, fresh and very thirst-quenching.

Food and wine pairings
Grilled fish, seafood and fresh goat cheese.
