This new vintage was born from the desire to create a highlight. The old plots of Vermentino, an original grape variety from the Mediterranean, express both power and aromatic freshness.

Grape varieties:
70% Vermentino
15% Roussanne
10% Sauvignon
5% Viognier

Experience:
The colour is pale with reflections of green, original for a vintage vinified in barrels.

The nose is characterized by a great aromatic freshness, we find the citrus notes of Vermentino (candied lemon, lemon), supported by a nose of yellow fruit (Sauvignon and Viognier). The Roussanne provides the volume and a nice finish in the mouth, supported by a pleasant acidity.

Food suggestions:
This wine is a natural companion for oily fish, such as grilled wild salmon. Ideal partner: delicious chicken with an Albufera sauce.

Vinification:
Fermentation in new barrels and maturation on lees for 3 to 6 months.
