Tasting notes
The white cuvée Eglantiers offers a nose reminiscent of the gardens of Réméjeanne. It opens with notes of freshly cut grass and flowers.
In the mouth the ample and complex wine reveals a delicate vanilla aroma; supported by a pleasant saltiness, coming from the limestone minerality. This makes for a lively exciting wine.
The aftertaste is light and elegant towards more bitter.
Serve with fish, spring vegetables, and hard cheeses.
