Domaine Rostaing-Tayard - Ce qui nous lie 2025 (BIO DEMETER)

The newest addition of the Domaine, a wine "blanc de noirs", a white wine made from red grape.

A very fresh nose with notes of flowers and white fruits, paired with a palate that is both enveloping, with lovely body and great purity.

Grape variety: 100% Gamay vinified as a white wine (blanc de noirs).

Appellation: VDF (Vin de France)

Tending: Natural grand cover, gentle shallow plowing. The vines are located on steep, south-facing slopes.

Terroir: Igneous, metamorphic blue stone, granite, and volcanic rocks.

A lively, surprising, and rich wine, characteristic of the estate’s natural winemaking methods.
