The Vineyard
The terroirs of the Domaine des Bergeries have never been cultivated in the past, they have only given way to sheep for centuries. The proud owners Eloïse and Jean-Luc wanted, out of conviction and respect for this natural environment, to produce their wines organically. There is but even more.

From the beginning of the adventure, their constant concern has been to live in harmony with nature. This is particularly evident in the pruning of the vines, which is carried out exclusively during the waning moon.

Only natural manure of dual origin is used (organic sheep manure and 11 types of organic seeds). Harvesting is done exclusively by hand and all operations (transfer, bottling) are carried out in accordance with the lunar cycle.
