The grapes are sorted after harvest. 100% natural vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, aged for 6 months on fine lees.

Floral, round in the mouth, with a chiseled and salty aftertaste.

To drink with: Sea bream ceviche, scallop carpaccio

Serving temperature: 10°C
