Coteaux Champenois Ployez-Jacquemart Extra-Brut Vintage 2018

This is the only still white wine of the domain, a very few quantity of bottle was produce from the rarest and old plot of Ployez Jacquemart classified 1er Cru. This is a rare and exquisite white wine.

The nose evokes white flowers, small wild berries, and notes of spice and coconut. On the palate, the attack is flavorful, combining depth, purity, and complexity with a lovely freshness. Its color is golden yellow, accented with subtle emerald highlights.

Grape variety: 100% Pinot Meunier

Terroir: Champagne chalk (Campanian), with its surface covered by varying proportions of silt, clay, and limestone debris

Origin of the plot: Cadastral plot “AB 390,” located just behind the estate in Ludes. The oldest Meunier vines in this vineyard were planted in 1955.
