Purple-red with violet highlights. Red fruit, with excellent intensity and a lovely fullness on the palate, a spicy note, and soft tannins.

Appellation: Côtes du Rhône Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée

Grape Varieties: Grenache Noir; Syrah; Carignan; Cinsault; Mourvèdre; Marselan

Harvest: Hand-picked and machine-harvested to ensure optimal ripeness.

Vinification: Complete destemming. A blend of two vinification methods: a portion of warm maceration prior to fermentation for the Carignan and a portion of Grenache Noir, and a traditional method for the Syrah and a portion of Grenache Noir.

Food Pairings: Serve chilled, as an aperitif, or with fish, tapas, white meat, salads, and grilled meat.
